Paul Martzoukos

Paul started his career in the hospitality industry at age 10 working at the family restaurant. When the time came to go to University he chose to stay in the field and enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce program in University of Guelph with a Hotel and Food Administration major. Both during and after his studies he worked for a prominent Fairmont Hotel throughout the Food and Beverage department ending his career in Hotels as a Trainer and Captain Waiter. His interest in wine lured him away from restaurants and into the Wine Import Agency field where he has worked for the past six years. It was as an agent that he enrolled in the Sommelier course and successfully achieved one of the best marks in North America. He is currently a Regional Sales Manager for Winspeer a rapidly growing premium wine importer, and an active member of the local chapter of the International Sommelier Guild.
